To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking:
- Pricing & Services
- All prices are set by DD and listed as “starting at.”
- There are no discounts available.
- The service you select is the service you will receive—please review your selection carefully.
- Appointment Scheduling & Timing
- Please allow the full allotted time for your service, as indicated during the booking process.
- Appointment durations are estimated; some services may take longer or shorter than expected.
- For services over $60, a deposit is required, which is applied toward the total cost of the service.
- If you reschedule a service with a deposit, it remains valid for up to 2 weeks from the original appointment date. Deposits are forfeited after 2 weeks.
- Hair & Preparation Requirements
- Hair must be shampooed and either blown straight or straightened before your appointment. No hair product before the appointment please. *only heat protectant.
- I provide braiding hair for French braids and box braids (mostly natural colors, some specialty colors).
- If you arrive with tangled hair without prior discussion, detangling will be offered for an additional fee or your appointment may be rescheduled.
- Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for knowing any allergies to hair products or supplies. Please disclose any concerns before your service begins.
- The longevity of a style cannot be guaranteed; I provide only estimates for how long a style may last.
- Clients agree to allow their images to be used on my social media platforms to showcase my work.
- Clients must provide a valid and working phone number to receive appointment updates and communication via text.
- Payments & Forms of Payment
- Deposit will be made through the website, cash accepted in person.
- Liability & Safety
- Accidents may occur; I am not liable for negligent incidents inside or outside of the salon.
